Happy Married life Jony

Hi Folks

We have finally made it and went to jony marriage @ Husnabad.

A few folks have dropped out on the last day.

Special appreciation to Dev (Serving notice period, but still able to attend), Mama (Advanced his trip).

Dev and jay came to my home on Saturday night and we had a chit chat for couple of hours before we slept.

Initial plan was to wake up @ 5 AM, but as it is on Sunday , we could wake up only by 7 and get ready by 8.

We took a cab, as per suggestion from jay that ,uber will cost less than ola , and reached JBS by 9.

We wanted to take a direct taxi / car, but because of less attendance, adjusted with bus.

Modi's visit to Hyd was on that day and hence there were less number of buses in and around Hyd.

We reached Siddipet around 11:30 AM and surprised when a driver told, he takes 1.30 hours to cover a distance of 35km in spite of good road.

Since, there is no alternative, we have to depend on him and it is good that he dropped us within on hour.

Finally, we reached the venue and happen to see the new couple. 

Mama, was also there by that time and we had fun in our own way.

Ambiance is very much Indian and food taste is very authentic. We spent some time there had a light conversations with the new couple and return to home.

Luckily, we got direct bus to Hyd from there but mama went separately as he has to go his hometown.

We reached back in JBS around 6 PM and dispersed to respective places, waiting for another get together event.

Thuppakki Movie Review

TAGLINE : SLEEPER CELL
PLOT & STORY:
Murugudass comes this time with another flick of passing the message & executing it simultaneously at various locations. This time he exploits Sleeper cell potential, as he used the gene activation concept in his previous flop movie 7th sense. Movie starts on good note on hero's return to hometown/Mumbai for marriage, forced by parents. On a typical day he travels in a bus & it will be blasted by a terrorist after he gets to know that something unexpected is happening. Eventually, he makes out from him that they have planned for a series of blasts across the business capital city of India. Rest of the movie is about how hero aborts this execution of blasts & tracing who is behind this entire operation.


PERFORMANCES:
 Direction is good & Murugadoss should be commended for choosing a subject that focuses on national integrity & the dedication of National armed forces toward the country. Vijay is superb in performances and action sequences . Kajal has put on some weight & she is good,but it is disgusting to see her as boxer. Vidhyut Jamal as baddy carries away the operation well & his looks are very cunning. His presence is limited to couple of seconds in the first half. Sathyan & Jayaram are good as hero's friend & superior. The comedy is healthy & rib tickling. Both these plots, suspense element with Sathyan & marriage episode with Jayaram are in line with the story.


TECHNICAL DEPARTMENTS:
Background score is apt & interesting, since Harris has composed the music there will be high expectations on some soothing numbers but you won’t like even one song if you are hearing for the first time though they are picturised very well in exotic locations across Europe/USA. Cinematography by Santhosh sivan is an asset & should be applauded. Editing is crisp & production values are very good.
