Section 'B' had 25 multiple questions, most of them are from test ur C skills

{
int i=5;
printf("%d%d%d%d%d",i++, i--, i, ++i, --i );
}

3) main()
{
printf("%d%c");
}

4)
main()
{
int i = 3;
while(i--)
{
i =100;
printf("%d",i );
}
}

char b[4]= "this";
};
main()

CA Campus Placements

C A Company has come to our campus to recruit some graduates. We were very much impressed by their PPT (Pre Placement Talk) and as it is the 5th largest software company. I was very much impressed when they said that "We don't offer you jobs, But We offer you careers". They also motivated us to write the exam and thereby telling about the importance of every second in life.

We were very ambiguous about the recruitment process. Finally the written test started.

1st section is aptitude, about 15 questions were there. Out of which, 5 are based on sets and 5 are related to cubes painted with colors etc.. and 5 on different topics.

2nd section is verbal. Synonyms, antonyms type questions were asked and a reading comprehension was given

3rd section is attention to detail.

4th section is technical one. We can choose either of C, CPP or Java. But, the success mantra is to take Java. As in our case all the selected people took java. Most of the questions were based on threads.

Then the technical interview starts. For CPP guys main questions were based on strings
For those people who opted java, concepts in C and CPP are also asked. Like storage classes, Pointers, Structures, OOPs and the directory structure of Apache and Tomcat web services.

The Next round was taken by the vice-president, a mixture of HR and Tech. questions were asked.

Then Finally, the HR round. But, they consider the cumulative scores.

If you want any more details or any other placements papers of CA contact me

Please do write comments, if U have any

ADP Campus Placements

Hi
Last week, i attended for the ADP campus test.
Initially, we were given a PPT (Pre Placement Talk) about the company for about 30 min.s
We were excited about the way they treat the employees (Associates , they call), the working environment, the pay package.
There were 3 rounds. Aptitude, Technical and HR round.
Aptitude test is for 1 hour. 60 questions.
20 questions are analogies (verbal section), 20 questions quantitative (percentages, co-ordinate geometry, ratio, motor boat problems, simple intrest and compound intrest), 20 questions in C-Language ( moderate to hard). At the end, there is an essay writing and we were given the topic "The greatest moment in my life".

In technical round, they are mainly concentrating on data bases and OOPs concepts.
Some were asked on linked lists, binary search tree, heap, floating point number.
However, they also test our proficieny in C language.

HR round is typical. They ask our family background, strengths and what we will do if we wont select. That's it guys.
What i knew is the company is a great place to work, provides good growth opportunites and they help in our higher studies as they sponsor us. So, try your best for getting into that.
All the best for you

Capital IQ Campus Plcaments

Hi
the other day I went to capital IQ Company for attending the campus placements test.

Initially, we had a written test for about 90 minutes.

It had 3 sections Verbal, Aptitude and Programming section.

In Verbal, we have to solve 3Reading comprehensions and rephrase some sentences.

Aptitude was very easy and coming to programming section we had to write 2 programs.

1. Count the number of set bits in a character.

2. Write a program to convert the given number into words. Here, what I mean is if 1234 is the input, the output should be One thousand two hundred and thirty four.

There was a general question at the end stating, “What type of work culture do u like most”?

In written test, we have a convenience of stating what type of job we are looking for. That can be developer, DBA, QA, MIS etc. Also we can write the amount of salary we are expecting both for month and annum.

Then we were given a PPT on that company by the director, for about 45 minutes.

About 36 students attended the test; half of the members were filtered in the 1st round.

Then the interviews started. For developers, they saw how we wrote programs for the questions given and they mainly asked questions on OOPS concepts and for some others they even asked about DBMS.

For QA, they asked questions on projects and some general questions.

For MIS, they asked some basic questions about computing and some topics related to networks.

Again half of the people got filtered and they started another round called interview by the director. He mainly asked questions on our specialization.
